Our Plate Loaded Assisted Nordic Ham is engineered for ultimate posterior chain development, empowering exercisers to dominate the Nordic Hamstring Curl machine. Our counterbalanced design adjusts difficulty based on load—more weight equals more assistance.
With a single upper body pad adjustment, it accommodates exercisers of all sizes while maintaining a fixed, dialed-in setup for a secure, locked-in feel. No unnecessary complexity—just a raw, efficient tool for building hamstring strength, resilience, and explosive power.
